What you share with us
The enquiry form asks for your name, work email address, organisation, area of interest and a message. You may also provide a phone number and country. Please share only what is needed to explain your enquiry; avoid including sensitive personal information.
How we use your enquiry
We use these details to understand your request and respond to it. The area of interest and the page that brought you to the form help identify the relevant business. Your enquiry may be shared with that business so its team can take the conversation forward.
The optional updates checkbox is separate from your enquiry. Leaving it unticked does not affect your ability to contact us.
What the website records
An enquiry record includes the information you submit, your preference for optional updates, a reference number and the submission date. We record a page path to understand the enquiry’s context, without retaining the query parameters from that page.
The website uses a temporary identifier derived from the connecting IP address to limit repeated form submissions. That identifier is not included in your enquiry record. Our hosting and network providers may also process technical information needed to operate and protect the website.
Storage and email
Enquiries are saved on the website’s server. Where email notifications are enabled, enquiry details are also sent to the configured recipient through an email service provider. Website records do not have an automatic deletion schedule; you can use the contact route below to ask for a review or removal of your information.
Cookies and other websites
The website does not use advertising or analytics cookies. Links to Digital School, StarLabs, AveHR and other websites take you to services with their own privacy notices and cookie choices.
Questions about your information
Use the contact form and choose “Something else” to ask about your information, request a correction or deletion, or withdraw your interest in optional updates. Include your enquiry reference if you have one, and avoid sending identity documents through the form.
